The OOC Leadership Program is a self-paced online course designed to strengthen leadership skills across all levels of offshore operations. Adapted from the Vanguard Offshore Leadership Training (VOLT) curriculum, it guides participants through ten interactive modules focused on personal awareness, communication, decision-making, empowerment, and vision. Using real offshore scenarios, self-assessments, and reflective activities, participants learn how to recognize their personal leadership style, apply the Eleven Principles of Leadership, adapt to different team dynamics, and create empowering climates that drive safety and performance. Upon completion, each participant receives a personalized certificate summarizing their leadership profile and key commitments for continued growth.
