 For man-made sources like NDT or logging sources ensure only properly trained and certified individuals handle the source

 Make sure man-made sources are kept secure and all regulatory requirements of the source owners license are followed

 Make sure areas where man-made sources are being used for NDT or other purposes are restricted access; erect signs and barriers to prevent non-essential personnel from entering the work area
